     WHEREAS, a recent survey of nearby airports (Gulf Shores, Fairhope and Bay Minette) was conducted to compare T-Hangar lease rates, and,
     WHEREAS, an increase of $50/month or $600/year is proposed for all full size units, an increase of $25/month or $300/year is proposed for all half size units, and a $5 per month increase is proposed for the small storage units that are leased for aviation purposes only.
     WHEREAS, the current and proposed annual lease rates are as follows:

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
     SECTION 1:     Approves the proposed lease rates which will be valid on October 1, 2024.
     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
