WHEREAS, Foley Police Corrections Section requests to purchase new Inmate Uniforms in the amount of $4,089.94 to replace current Inmate Uniforms that are worn-out.
WHEREAS, Foley Police Corrections Section requests an increase to Jail Corrections account #205-2010-6049 in the amount of $4,089.94 to purchase new Inmate Uniforms to replace worn-out Inmate Uniforms.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchasing of new inmate uniforms in the amount of $4,089.94 from the Jail Corrections Fund.
SECTION 2: Approves the Foley Police Corrections Section requests an increase to account #205-2010-6049 in the amount of $4,089.94 to purchase new Inmate Uniforms to replace worn-out Inmate Uniforms .
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
