WHEREAS, Engineering received a request to add an additional eight street lights along Cater Lee Way between Ralph Schumacher Lane and North Hickory Street, and
WHEREAS, we received a quote from Riviera Utilities for the new street lights in the amount of $19,952.89 for the installation charge and a $80.00 current monthly fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the one-time installation charge from Riviera Utilities and appropriates $20,000.00 under Account No #100-3020-6012 and a currently monthly fee of $80.00 under Account No #100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
