WHEREAS, The Police Department has 33 bicycles that were confiscated or abandonded that need to be declared surplus and
WHEREAS, The Department would like to donate the bicycles to Liberty Church, 110 Riviera Blvd. Foley, Al.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares 33 bicycles surplus and approves donating them to Liberty Church, 110 Riviera Blvd. Foley, Al.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
