WHEREAS, The City of Foley Public Library requests permission to memorialize the application for the FY2020 Baker & Taylor Summer Reading Program Grant in the amount of $3,000, and
WHEREAS, there is no match required for this award, and
WHEREAS, the grant application was due on December 1, 2019 and the Library has submitted their application.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Grants permission to the City of Foley Public Library to memorialize the application for the FY2020 Baker & Taylor Summer Reading Program Grant.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
