     WHEREAS,  Engineering received a request for a street light to be installed on E. Section Avenue by the walking trail, and

 

     WHEREAS, We received a quote from Riviera Utilities for a new wood pole with LED lighting in the amount of $50 for the installation charge and a $9.50 monthly fee.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

    

     SECTION 1:  Approves the installation of a new street light on E. Section Avenue.

 

     SECTION 2:  Approves a one-time installation charge to Riviera Utilities for $50 under Account No. 100-3020-6012 and a monthly fee of $9.50 under Account No. 100-1012-6123.

    

     SECTION 3:  This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
