This task order establishes a "Do Not Exceed" amount of $625,000. The services of a disaster consulting company are 100% reimbursable up to 5% of approved projects worksheets. This amount is based solely on an estimate of 5% of $12,500,000 which is the cost for our debris removal and monitoring services and does not include any other project worksheets that will be submitted to FEMA.

WHEREAS, 20-1331-RES approved the City of Foley entering into an agreement with Synergy Disaster Recovery, LLC to provide disaster consulting services in response to Hurricane Sally recovery, and,
WHEREAS, disaster consulting services are needed to assist the City in recovery and grant management, and,
WHEREAS, these services are 100% reimbursable by FEMA.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves entering into Task Order FY21-01 with Synergy Disaster Recovery, LLC for an amount not to exceed $625,000, and amending accounts #100-9200-6996 S03 Cat Z and 100-9200-4100 S03 Cat Z accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
