WHEREAS, Jessamine is a planned City constructed road project for FY24, AND
WHEREAS, the Street Department is requesting to increase this project by $300,000 under Account #400-3010-5100 CR-5, AND
WHEREAS, the Street Department seeks permission to go to bid for the asphalt surfacing and masonry work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $300,000.00 under account 400-3010-5100 CR-5.
SECTION 2: Approves permission for Street Department to go to bid for the asphalt paving component and masonry work of the road building project.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
