WHEREAS,on November 7, 2016 Council approved Resolution 16-1301 Graham Creek Estates Streetlighting, and
WHEREAS,the resolution did not have the HOA participation for the costs, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 16-1301 must be amended.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, on November 7, 2016 as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $18,750 listed under account #12-665-7128 Collinwood Inlet Replacement and reallocates $18,750 to Graham Creek Estates Street Lighting under account #12-665-7377.
SECTION 2: Recognizes the Graham Creek Estates HOA participation to upgrade to decorative lights of $10,500 under revenue account 12-5833; increases the total cost of the project by $10,500 under account 12-665-7377 for a total project of $29,250.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
