WHEREAS, a request has been made for a street light to be installed on an existing Riviera Utilities' pole no. 58711 located near 316 West Peachtree Avenue for safety and security reasons, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department reviewed the request and this area warrants a street light to be installed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves installing one (1) street light on an existing Riviera Utilities' pole no. 58711 for a monthly cost of $6.10 or a yearly cost of $73.20 under Account No. 01-620-8090.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
