WHEREAS, there is a need for repairs to sidewalks in multiple areas along CR 20 between SR 59 and Foley Beach Express, and
WHEREAS, this work to be performed is for the safety and welfare of the residents and visitors of the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $25,000.00 and approves the work for repairs to the CR 20 sidewalks for Account No. 12-600-9380 CR 20 Sidewalk Repairs.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
