WHEREAS, Engineering received a request for a street light to be installed on an existing pole at the intersection of James Road and County Road 12; and
WHEREAS, we received a quote from Baldwin EMC for a new light in the amount of $2,957.17 for the installation charge and a $10.46 monthly fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the one-time installation charges to Baldwin EMC for $2,957.17 under Account No# 100-3020-6012 and an intial monthly fee of $10.46 under Account No# 100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
