Summary
Foley Sports Tourism needs a new transport vehicle for the Event Center. The Toro Workman repairs are very costly and we need a new transmission. We want to surplus the old vehicle and reallocate $8,000 from a projector we do not need. We are requesting to use the budgeted money for a Cushman hauler in the amount of $8,000. This meets the budget request of $8,000.

WHEREAS Foley Sports Tourism Event Center has a need for a new transport, and
WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism requests to purchase a new hauler for $8,000,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new hauler from account 100-5040-5100 for $8,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
