WHEREAS, There is a need for additional lighting in front of the Foley Library, Foley City Hall, Alston Street, Orange Avenue, and Riviera Utilities.
WHEREAS, Hellmich Electric has provided a proposal for Phase 1 of the installation of Halo Tree Lighting on six trees along with the electrical conduit to the Foley Library, Alston Street, Orange Avenue, and Riviera Utilities for Phase 2.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the proposal from Hellmich Electric and appropriate $60,000.00 under Account # 400-3020-5176 Outdoor Decorative Lighting - City Hall.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
