WHEREAS, The City of Foley wishes to purchase 4 acres for a future Public Park in the Mills Community, and
WHEREAS, a survey and a preliminary plat are required for Planning Commission approval to create the 4 acre lot from the parent tract, and
WHEREAS, Engineering has solicited a survey proposal for this purpose.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the survey proposal from Beyond Measure Surveying LLC in the amount of $2,600.00 for the survey and preliminary plat for the future Public Park in the Mills Community and appropriate the necessary funding of $2,600.00 under Impact Fee Fund Account No 208-5030-5102.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
