     WHEREAS,  Engineering is requesting the removal of a 75W light at Carly Street and Peachtree Avenue and replace it with a 110W light to pole# 61684 and install a new 75W on pole# 3277 at Emorie Avenue and North Juniper Street.

     WHEREAS,  we received a quote from Riviera Utilities for new lights in the amount of $100.00 for the installation charges and a $10.00 monthly fee.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:     Approves the removal of a 75W light located at Carly Street and Peachtree Avenue and replace it with a new 100W light on pole# 61684 and also install a new 75W light on pole# 3277 at Emorie Avenue and North Juniper Street.

 

     SECTION 2:     Approves the one-time installation charge to Riviera Utilities for $100.00 under Account No# 100-3020-6012 and a monthly fee of $10.00 under Account No# 100-1012-6123.

 

     SECTION 3:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
