WHEREAS, The Marketing Director is requesting to memorialize a Depot Museum Lighting Improvement that added directional spotlights and dimmer switches to the Exhibit Hall, and
WHEREAS, Taurus Electric performed the work for a total cost of $7,261.04, and
WHEREAS, The Marketing Director is requesting to transfer $3,100 from the Depot Museum's Alabama Historic Commission Grant Expense Account No. 100-5061-6025, and to increase the Depot's Capital account 100-5061-5100 by $4,161.04 to cover the remainder of the cost.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the Depot Museum Lighting Improvement performed by Taurus Electric in the amount of $7,261.04.
SECTION 2: Approves transfer of $3,100 from Grant Account 100-5061-6025 to Capital Account 100-5061-5100, and an increase in funding of $4,161.04 to Capital Account 100-5061-5100.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
