WHEREAS, The Foley Police Department requests to memorialize the purchase of a Savage Bullet Trap for $7,495.00 and,
WHEREAS, the Foley Police Department requests a transfer of funds from our police expense small tools account (100-2010-6053) to the FY22 police capital purchase account (100-2010-5100).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the capital purchase of a Savage Bullet Trap for $7,495.00.
SECTION 2: Approves the transfer of funds from police expense small tools account #100-2010-6053 to the FY22 police capital purchase account #100-2010-5100.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
