WHEREAS, there are change orders from Cunningham Delaney Contruction LLC to run electrical conduit from pole to building and lower 10" water main below the ditch, $9,240.00. Lower existing 8" main to backflow, add testing of 6" main and 10" relocated main, $5,950.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Cunningham Delaney Construction LLC's Change Orders 1 & 2 under Account No. 400-3020-5128-R34 CONST.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
