WHEREAS, there is a need for a temporary position to assist the Environmental Division at Graham Creek Nature Preserve with event preparations, habitat management and park maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the transfer of funds will provide temporary labor at the rate of $14.926 per hour, for a total of 440 hours.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves personnel request and transfers funds in the amount of $4746 from 01-620-8151 and $2508 from 01-615-7040 to the following personnel accounts: Part Time Salaries 01-615-1015 - $6567; Payroll Tax 01-615-1030 - $502; Workers Comp 01-615-1160 - $185.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
