NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Reallocates $51,411 from account 12-665-7362 to account 1-622-4030 for replastering Aaronville Pool and amends the budgets accordingly.
SECTION 2: Amends the budget for the transfers accounts 01-680-0165 and 12-5900 by decreasing them by $51,411.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
