A Resolution Amending the Public Facilities Cooperative District FY2024 Budget
Summary
A resolution prepared by the Finance Department to make adjustments to the user fee revenue accounts and the corresponding transfer accounts. There is also a need to make adjustments for to interest income and other transfer accounts.
Body
WHEREAS, there is a need to make amendments to the budgets of the Public Facilities Cooperative District of the City of Foley.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District, as follows:
SECTION 1: Increase the following Project User Fee revenue accounts:
281-1012-4727 by $12,000
SECTION 2: Increase the following Transfers accounts:
281-8000-8012 by $12,000
281-1012-4825 by $13,321
SECTION 3: Increase in the amount of $55,000 to account 281-1012-4600 Interest Income.
SECTION 4: Increase in the amount of $13,321 to account 281-1012-6019 Professional fees and increase in the amount of $300 to 281-1012-6046 Insurance expense.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
